Heading up onto the porch, there is a suspension entry roof above the lovely matching black front door. There is a ton of room on the porch for this home. I think some Adirondack chairs would look really nice, maybe a nice outdoor plant or potted tree as well.

Altmuehlsee is according to me the most beautiful lake in the area. I visited it in winter so I can't say what is a service quality. But it seems to have everything one can need to relax on the beach or enjoy water sports. There is a bicycle path around the whole lake and marked hiking trail. Although the lake is intensively commercially used you can find there a beautiful nature and even a natural reservation.

The Ultra is a must see model with many special features. Including 9 foot ceilings, drywall beams and transom windows. The kitchen features an epic island and farmer sink, Chef’s signature range hood, a 10 foot patio door. Master bath features a 4 by 6 foot ceramic shower and double lavs. The home exterior has a magnificent 7/12 roof pitch with bump out windows and gables. The exterior of the “Jade Tree” is one of my favorite modular homes that we have toured so far.

Chill Winter Vibes

To the left of the vanity is a walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling. It even has cutout shelves that are built into the wall and tiled. I like how large and open the shower is and the half wall with glass next to the vanity. As soon as you enter the bathroom you are greeted with a floating double vanity. It has the same modern raised sinks with waterfall spouts as the guest bathroom.

Past that is a toilet and a shower tub combo at the back of the room. Past the kitchen, at the end of this section of the home is the dining room. There is enough space in this room for a four or six person table and a buffet or hutch along the inside wall. At the back of the room is a large sliding glass door leading to the backyard. This room is also very open with plenty of windows and light shining in.

The first bedroom we are entering is the one at the front of the house. There are two large windows at the front of the room and a double door closet at the back. The room is a really nice size and can definitely fit a queen size bed along with a dresser and night tables. This plan also showcases the skills of our cabinet makers with locker style units in the kitchen and seating bench in the coat room. A mix of light rain and snow after midnight.

The next stop down the hallway is the guest bathroom. There is a single vanity to the right when first entering the bathroom. There is a neat raised sink and faucet with a waterfall spout and plenty of counter and cabinet space on the vanity.

The cabinets on this side of the room are really neat because they have open storage cubbies at the top. The final stop down this hallway is the third bedroom. It is the smallest of the three bedrooms, but it still is a pretty nice size. It has the same layout as the first bedroom we went to. The kitchen in this modern modular home is situated between the living room and the dining room. It really makes the space feel so much larger and open then it is.

The roof is also very modern and has an angled sawtooth roof pitch which really adds to design of the home. Variably cloudy with snow showers. Temps nearly steady in the low to mid 30s. Winds light and variable.

The Ultra series homes are specially designed with our clients in mind. These plans also follow current home trends like barn doors and pantries. Rain and snow showers in the morning changing to mainly rain showers in the afternoon. High 37F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph.

Low 32F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. There is an optional front porch on the home that is made of the same wood as the accent trim above and below the windows. It really makes the home pop because of the contrast between the black siding and natural colored wood.
